Edge House Miami

Edge House Miami is a 57-story, 637-foot pre-construction condominium tower rising at 1837 NE 4th Avenue in Edgewater, developed by Grupo T&C with architecture and interiors led by Kobi Karp, interior design by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, and landscaping by Witkin Hults + Partners. The tower will hold 608 fully furnished, turnkey residences ranging from studios to three-bedrooms (410 to 1,242 sq ft), with select units offering lockout capability for flexible rental use. Amenities include two resort-style pools with a pool bar, a sky lounge, wellness center, fitness center, yoga studio, sauna and a zen garden. The project broke ground in April 2025 with completion expected in late 2028.
