Pagani Residences is the world's first residential development curated by Pagani Arte (the lifestyle arm of hypercar maker Pagani Automobili and its founder Horacio Pagani), developed by Riviera Horizons and designed by Revuelta Architecture International. The 30-story waterfront tower at 7940 West Drive in North Bay Village sits directly on Biscayne Bay with a private marina and a roughly 240-foot baywalk. It holds 70 corner residences (four per floor) ranging from two to four bedrooms and about 2,000 to 3,300 square feet, with private elevators and expansive terraces. Standout amenities include a rooftop infinity pool with 360-degree views, a wellness level, and an automotive concierge program; construction broke ground in May 2026.
