Viceroy Brickell Residences

Viceroy Brickell is a 45-story luxury condominium tower in Miami's Brickell financial district, developed by The Related Group in partnership with GTIS Partners, with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by Meyer Davis. It is the Viceroy hospitality brand's first standalone residential tower, offering studio to two-bedroom residences plus penthouses, with residences beginning above the 14th-floor amenity deck. The building features roughly 37,000 sq ft of amenities including a heated pool deck, spa, fitness center, and Miami River promenade access, and received its TCO in 2026 with closings underway.
