Faena Residences Miami

Faena Residences Miami is an ultra-luxury pre-construction condominium project on the Miami River, developed by Fortune International Group and KAR Properties in collaboration with Alan Faena's Faena Group. Designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects (one of his final projects) with interiors by Bryan O'Sullivan Studio and landscape by Sasaki, it comprises two 68-story towers connected by a 45,000-square-foot amenity Sky Bridge, delivering 434 residences. Sales launched in 2025 with pricing starting around $1.3 million, and completion is targeted for 2029.
