Infinity at The Colony is a 22-story, 96-residence luxury high-rise developed by The Ronto Group in partnership with Wheelock Street Capital, located within the gated community of The Colony at Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs, Florida. The tower delivered and opened for move-ins in early 2026, offering five open-concept floor plans with private elevator lobbies, floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive terraces overlooking the Gulf and Estero Bay. Standout amenities include a nine-hole par-3 putting course (designed by Beau Welling), first-of-their-kind hot and cold plunge pools, family and adult pools with cabanas, a poolside cafe, game room and fitness/wellness center. Pricing runs from roughly $2.03 million to $4.2 million.
