La Baia Bay Harbor Islands

La Baia is a boutique waterfront condominium in Bay Harbor Islands developed by Ian Bruce Eichner's Continuum Company, with architecture by Luis Revuelta and interiors by New York-based Durukan Design. The project comprises two all-glass, eight-story towers (north and south) totaling 68 residences ranging from one to four bedrooms and roughly 1,125 to 2,502 square feet. It features about 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a private 20-slip marina and a rooftop pool deck overlooking Biscayne Bay. Sales launched in October 2021 with the development delivering in the mid-2020s.
