The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami is an ultra-luxury pre-construction development by Swire Properties on the southern tip of Brickell Key, designed by architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox with interiors by Parisian designer Tristan Auer and landscape design by Thai firm Shma. The master plan includes a 66-story residential tower with 228 two-to-four-bedroom residences (plus two duplex penthouses) and a companion tower housing a new 121-key Mandarin Oriental hotel, positioned as the brand's future North American flagship. The two towers share a landscaped podium with more than 100,000 square feet of amenities overlooking Biscayne Bay. Delivery is targeted for the end of the decade (roughly 2029-2030).
