One Twenty Brickell Residences

One Twenty Brickell is a Property Markets Group (PMG) development in Miami's Brickell district designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by Cotofana Designs. Phase 1, One Twenty Brickell Residences, is a 34-story tower at 120 SW 8th Street with 240 fully furnished residences (studios to three-bedrooms, ~452-1,408 sq ft), each uniquely paired with a deeded, glass-enclosed private office suite and served by over 60,000 sq ft of amenities. Construction began in May 2025 with completion anticipated in early 2028; after Phase 1 sold out, PMG announced a second 40-story tower, One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences, with 467 units.
