The Elser Hotel & Residences is a 49-story, 646-unit condo-hotel tower in Downtown Miami's Biscayne Corridor, developed by PMG and Greybrook Partners and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, with fully-furnished turnkey interiors by Cotofana Designs. Completed in 2022, it was marketed as Downtown Miami's first bayfront condo tower with no rental restrictions, allowing short-term/daily rentals (including Airbnb). Standout amenities include a 132-foot resort-style pool deck overlooking Biscayne Bay, a two-level co-working Lab, and a lobby restaurant and cocktail bar by Jaguar Sun. Residences range from studios to three-bedrooms with 9+ foot ceilings, Italkraft cabinetry, quartz countertops and smart-home technology.
