W Pompano Beach Hotel & Residences

W Pompano Beach Hotel & Residences is an oceanfront condo-hotel tower being developed by Related Group and BH Group in partnership with Marriott's W brand at 20 North Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach. Designed by Nichols Architects with KORA, interiors by Meyer Davis, and landscaping by Enea, the 24-story project comprises 74 private condo residences (including nine penthouses, three with private rooftops) plus 296 fully furnished W-branded hotel suites on a nearly four-acre beachfront site. Amenities center on a 60,000-square-foot WET pool deck, an AWAY Spa, FIT fitness center, and W's signature Living Room lounge. Completion is targeted for 2029.
