What we aim for

We build the site to work with assistive technology and aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We treat accessibility problems as bugs and fix them as we find them. This work is ongoing, and we have not certified conformance.

Parts that are outside our control

Some of what appears on the site comes from third parties and is not fully under our control: listing text and photographs supplied by the MLS, embedded virtual tours and videos, and interactive maps rendered to a canvas. We work to present this content accessibly, but we cannot change the source material.
