DMCA

PropertyHub Miami respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, you can send us a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and we will respond.
Most property listings and photographs on this site come from the MLS and are owned by the listing brokerages, the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®, or their photographers. If your complaint is about a listing or a listing photo, tell us — we will act on your notice and, where appropriate, refer it to the MLS.
Designated copyright agent
Send copyright notices to our designated agent:
Anna Bogomazova, Star Alliance Realty — 1720 Harrison St STE 18B, Hollywood, FL 33020. Email: hello@propertyhubmiami.com. Phone: (305) 824-7157.
Please put "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. This address is for copyright complaints only; for anything else, use our regular contact details.
What your notice must include
For us to act, your notice must include all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, and enough information for us to find it — a direct URL is best.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
An incomplete notice may not be a valid DMCA notice and may delay our response. Sending a notice that knowingly misrepresents infringement can make you liable for damages under Section 512(f).
What we do with a valid notice
When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material we control, and we make a reasonable effort to notify whoever supplied it. Where the material comes from the MLS, we also refer the notice to the MLS, since the listing and its content are theirs to correct.
Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send our designated agent a counter-notification. It must include: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., the Southern District of Florida) and will accept service of process from the party who filed the notice.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or remove content from, and cut off access for, anyone we find to be a repeat copyright infringer.
