Panther National is an ultra-luxury, gated golf community in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (ZIP 33412), set within the 400-acre Avenir master-planned development. Developed by Centaur Holdings (Swiss developer Dominik Senn), it comprises roughly 218 custom estate homes ranging from about 4,100 to nearly 10,000 square feet, with signature architecture led by Miami-based Max Strang (STRANG Design). The centerpiece is an 18-hole championship golf course co-designed by Jack Nicklaus and PGA Tour star Justin Thomas (opened November 2023), complemented by a 55,000-square-foot clubhouse targeted to open in fall 2026.
