The Well Bay Harbor Islands

The Well Bay Harbor Islands is a boutique 9-story, wellness-branded condominium at 1160 Kane Concourse in Bay Harbor Islands, developed by Terra with architecture by Arquitectonica, interiors by Meyer Davis and creative direction by Anda Andrei Design. It is the first branded residential project from New York wellness company The Well, pairing luxury residences with a mixed-use component including high-end office space. Residents receive membership to The Well wellness center and access to more than 22,000 square feet of amenities, including a restorative bath house, rooftop pool and in-home health services. The project topped off and received a temporary certificate of occupancy around early 2026.
