The building is billed as the first residential tower in the world to be partly powered by solar energy, using 500+ photovoltaic-integrated glass panels, and offers roughly 80,000 sq ft of amenities. Construction is underway following a September 2025 foundation pour and a $565 million construction-financing package, with delivery expected in Q4 2028.
