Baccarat Residences Brickell is a 75-story, 360-residence luxury pre-construction condominium tower rising on the Miami River in Brickell, developed by The Related Group (with GTIS Partners) under license from the Baccarat crystal brand and managed by SH Hotels & Resorts. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis, it offers 324 tower units, 8 penthouses, and 28 riverfront flats/duplexes. The project features more than 75,000 square feet of amenities including a private marina, a signature waterfront restaurant, and a 12th-floor amenity deck. Completion is expected in early 2028.
