It is the Italian design house Pininfarina's first North American residential tower, with CFE Architects as architect of record and Beauchamp Construction as general contractor. Rising over 540 feet with an undulating, wave-inspired facade, the tower offers two- to four-bedroom residences from roughly 1,800 to 4,300+ square feet plus penthouses, atop about 35,000 square feet of amenities. It broke ground in May 2025 with completion targeted for 2027.
