Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale is a 45-story, roughly 500-foot pre-construction luxury condominium tower in the Flagler Village neighborhood of downtown Fort Lauderdale, developed by New York-based Naftali Group with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by Rockwell Group. The Viceroy-branded tower brings about 370 residences ranging from studios to four-bedroom penthouses, plus more than 30,000 square feet of resort-style amenities and a signature dining and members-club program by the h.wood Group. Sales launched in late 2024 with residences starting around $520,000, and delivery is estimated for 2028.
