Midtown Park Residences by Proper

Midtown Park Residences is a 28-story, 288-unit pre-construction luxury condominium in Midtown Miami, developed by Rosso Development and Midtown Development as the first residential tower of a roughly $2 billion, five-acre mixed-use master plan linking Midtown, Wynwood and the Design District. It is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by New York's Meyer Davis Studio, and residences are delivered fully furnished with hospitality and services run by Proper Hospitality. The tower offers studio to three-bedroom homes (plus penthouses) alongside roughly 40,000 sq ft of amenities including a 60-foot pool, spa, and pickleball. Completion is targeted for 2028.
