Surf Row Residences is a boutique pre-construction condominium of 24 residences at 8800 Collins Avenue in Surfside, developed by LD&D with ONE Capital (JV partner IGEQ) and designed by Alfonso Jurado Architecture and Boris Pena Architects. One- to three-bedroom homes range from roughly 894 to 2,195 square feet, with interiors and shared spaces furnished by RH and optional turnkey RH-designed residences. Standout amenities include a rooftop pool deck with ocean views and a Zen spa with sauna and cold plunge. The project broke ground in late 2025 (backed by a $30.5M construction loan), is sold through ONE Sotheby's International Realty, and is slated for completion in 2027.
