The Delmore is a 12-story, ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium at 8777 Collins Avenue in Surfside, developed by DAMAC International (through its East Oceanside Development entity) on the site of the former Champlain Towers South. Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning Zaha Hadid Architects with interiors by HBA Residential (Hirsch Bedner Associates), it contains just 37 full- and half-floor residences averaging more than 7,000 square feet. Standout features include a rooftop 75-foot see-through acrylic pool suspended about 125 feet above ground and an indoor 75-foot lap pool, within 55,000-plus square feet of amenities. Above-grade construction is targeted for Q4 2026 with completion expected in 2029.
