Domus Brickell Park

Domus Brickell Park is a 12-story condo-hotel in Miami's Brickell Financial District at 1611 SW 2nd Avenue, developed by North Development (a joint venture between Ricardo Dunin's Oak Capital and Peru-based Edifica). It delivers 171 fully furnished FLATS (Flexible Apartments for Temporary Stays) ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, designed by Zyscovich Architects with interiors by Urban Robot Associates. The building is operated hotel-style with an activated lobby, food and beverage service, and a rooftop pool deck; owners may place units in a short-term-rental program. Construction, led by Thornton Construction, topped off after an October 2024 vertical start, with delivery in Q1 2026.
